Richard Caster

Richard Caster founded the Ozark Tea Parties. Born in 1990, he has spent his entire life right here in the Ozarks. Richard is the son of Ron and Mary Ann Caster, a parishioner of St Peter’s Catholic Church and a student at Arkansas State University of Mountain Home. Richard is a graduate of the Leadership Institute in Washington DC; a school dedicated to training future Conservative leaders. Richard is also a host of a Conservative talk radio show on 97.1 named the Blessing of Liberty with Chris Tuthill. In 2009 Caster was declared a “Defender of the Republic” by RPA Chairman Doyle Webb and the Baxter Bulletin pronounced him the new Conservative leader for Baxter County.

Chris Tuthill

Chris Tuthill joined Richard Caster in putting together the Ozark Tax Day Tea Party in 2009. Her background is primarily in finance and stock trading but most recently she has been active in disaster relief after hurricanes in the South and fires in Southern California. She is married with several children and grandchildren. Her perspective, looking back over the years, is to preserve what her Father fought and almost died for in World War II. She dedicates all of her work to her parents – who instilled in her belief in God – Family – and Country.
